Really great hotpot experience. The staff were very attentive and friendly (especially compared to what you usually get in Chinatown)! The hotpot is good value for money, I especially enjoyed the fresh vegetables on offer and their special sauces! We ordered the numbing spice soup base which was good but really really spicy! The interior was lovely and very clean.

Super welcoming service, very patient explaining the deals they were offering and the food was great! The portions were quite sizeable and the food came fast. Would definitely come again!

I really enjoyed my time here! The restaurant is quite small, with room for only about a dozen people. It's a rather intimate experience. The decor is nothing special, but perfectly acceptable. Of course, the food is what matters most, and they didn't disappoint. There's a great variety of items to choose from, and soup bases. Everything I ate was well prepared and tasted fresh! I really enjoyed it. The a la carte buffet style also works quite well, with a wide variety of items all being included in the fixed price. Social distancing was good, with the restaurant shutting around 21:40, and all staff wearing facemasks. They lose a star for lacklustre decor and because the only vegetarian broth they had was mushroom flavour. I would love to see a wider variety of vegetarian broths in future!

Overpriced and not very clean at all. Very poor and basic decor, the staff were friendly but there I found a couple of hairs on the utensils and on the side of a plate. There was scribble on the wall and the restaurant is dated. Even for an authentic hot pot I would not recommend this place.

Absolutely loved the hospitality of the host/waiter who walked the two of us through their entire menu and made great suggestions to get the best for our money and taste preferences. The food itself was amazing, and we'll definitely be back with more friends and family!
