Good luck trying to get out of the contract with them. We no longer needed the water cooler as we do not have an office anymore due to Covid19, yet they are still issuing us with bills, with minimum water bottles charge. Staff does not communicate with one another, and I have to repeat myself to every person I speak to.So much for helping one another in these difficult times. I can't wait to get rid of them.

The worst experience ever !! The staff doesn’t communicate with each other . I had asked to cancel my contract due to COVID and the staff did but didn’t mention about the extra charges. Also charged me for service of cooler with they didn’t do . When I told about this they somehow managed to cancel the service charge but they kept on calling me and sending me emails asking to pay 120 for canceling the contract . Even though I told them that I and my wife we both struggling with our jobs . So shameful they didn’t give up . The worst service ever !!
