I’m quite hard to please, but I must say that I am exceptionally satisfied with the professional yet friendly approach of the entire LondonSafe team. Safe fitting seems to be a strange, complex industry with lots of online sellers who just want to dump a safe kerbside - here we got the entire service - for a domestic fitting - with good communication throughout, and very competitive pricing. (Don’t bother going elsewhere, you’re simply wasting your time). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Professional and diligent service from start to finish. Extremely helpful in choosing the appropriate safe, with installation being professional and with no fuss. One of the main reasons I choose this firm was due to previous reviews, and I can confidently say I will happily use again and most certainly recommend to others. Thoroughly recommend.
From initial contact with the help and support, all the way to making a final decision and installation was A1. Can’t fault it and you know you’re in safe hands (excuse the pun) when you put your trust in them. Even impressed with the clean up (not a spec left behind) and the training. Especially patient when dealing with me. I would use them again in an instant. Other service providers should take note, this is how you should treat a customer and secure repeat work and exemplary feedback and recommendations. Well done
Very prompt response to emails. Made appointment at very short notice. Good advice on what safe to go for. Installation was also very quick. I noted how careful (David I think) was moving the safe through the house, so as not to mark the floor/walls etc. I recommend this company very highly.
Very good advice by David to select the right safe. Communication was clear and efficient. Installation went very smoothly with team arriving on time in an unmarked van. The installation team also made sure I knew how to operate the safe before they left. I highly recommend London & Home Counties Safes!
