This was the first time I had used London Building Control for a building project, but I had previously used Michael Lansley (Operations Manager) when he worked for a different firm. I found them helpful throughout, including in ensuring that I understood my obligations in advance, instead of having to fix problems after they arose; eager to respond to correspondence the same day, so that I knew someone was always available and interested; normally able to attend site the following day when it was necessary to sign something off; and, a factor which really added value, and for which I highly recommend them, willing to discuss matters within their expertise but outside of their remit in order that I could hear from a reputable professional what the best way forward might be. As I say, I highly recommend London Building Control.
