I had a really good experience this morning with London Carpet Cleaning. I had a stain that I had self-treated - the person I spoke to at the company said not to expect perfect results and that there would still be some mark. Nevertheless, I decided to go ahead as the stain was quite bad. Lyudmil arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He has worked wonders and whilst there is still a mark, it is much better than it was. He was actually quite upset about not being able to do more, which I greatly appreciated. Great company, great communication, great work. Thank you.

Great service would recommend. Booked a deep clean for carpets in two bedrooms. Technician arrived perfectly on time, was extremely polite and professional. Whole service was around an hour for two bedrooms, the carpets are left looking spotless.
