I was attracted to The London Hypnotherapy Academy as I felt it covered a variety of topics applicable to Hypnotherapy and being Practice ready. The small number of students, is also attractive, enough to be challenged, included and stimulated. I particularly enjoyed the guest demonstrations and the class skills practice for developing my understanding to the theory's taught in class. Lorraine and Abbey's feedback was a welcomed invitation for me to grow and develop into the therapist I am today.

I found the course to be a great balance of theory and practical training. I enjoyed the interactive classes. The teaching method utilizing 5 individual modules, allows one to experience and focus on different techniques. Doing so gives you a strong foundation that allows you to be versatile and adaptive when working with clients. I really appreciated Lorraine's feedback on case studies. It’s hard to know how to choose between hypnotherapy courses in London, but I was particularly drawn to this course because of its emphasis on practical experience. They mean it - from the get go you’re given the confidence to practice techniques aloud with course mates and then take learnings into case study sessions. I enjoyed the breadth of the course and the flexibility of being able to do both weekend and weekday modules. It also meant you meant a revolving set of fellow students from all sorts of interesting backgrounds, from finance and psychology to advertising and counselling. There will always be elements in any training course that you don’t enjoy as much as others, but I can safely say on the whole I’d recommend this course, it balances theory with practical experience excellently equipping me with the confidence to go into practice.
