Excellent experience using PDP to damp proof my basement. They also laid new flooring, stripped and replaced bathroom and decorated throughout. Professional and extremely helpful team. Easy to communicate with and all my wishes met beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.

The quality of the customer service here is second to none; it is the best. Background: Our home had a ridiculous amount of problems with respect to damp, walls, damages etc. We were completely stuck for many years. We had no idea what to do. The service: The most important thing is the time and care given to our specific situation. Adrian and Karin listened carefully, reviewed our problems and gave us an abundance of information for services for repair. This has been so invaluable and we are eternally grateful for such care and time. I highly recommend London PDP because they care and put customers and care before money and profits. I am living today with less worry as my home is being refurbished with all the advice we have received. Great experience - Adrian gave us really good advice and PHP were really easy to deal with.
I was told that some Damp Proof companies could find water in the Sahara Desert but that wasn't the case with Adrian from LPDP! We booked a survey with him and not only did he come round and diagnose that the problem wasn't damp. He then spent 50 minutes giving us general advice before telling us at the end it was free and he wasn't going to charge us for his time! Don't think i need to say anything else after that but we were really impressed with his professionalism and it is nice to know that there are good/honest people out there!
