Friendly and efficient. I did three sessions of half leg laser treatment to top up/complete three sessions I had had done in The States. I must say that the price here, although reasonable for London, is much higher than in Los Angeles (about 50 difference), which has prevented me from going back for more top ups. While they have deals on most treatment bundles, they don’t on single treatments. Shame otherwise I would definitely go back.

My first impression wasn’t great as when I walked in a noted a sign stating that you got a free beauty product if you left a 5* google review. I chose the place based on its high google rating and this left me feeling really doubtful. I then waited 10 minutes for my scheduled appointment which I usually don’t mind but then had to listen first to the company sales pitch and then to the technical aspects of laser hair removal. When I said I had already had 8 laser hair removal sessions with a different clinic and just wanted a top up, I was told it was protocol and the technician proceeded to go through information about hair cycles! At this point I left - I have never walked out of an appointment before and still in slight shock I was brave enough to do it! —— In response to the below comment. I arrived exactly on time for my 6pm appointment and waited 10 minutes before being seen. I previously had a 6:30pm appointment but had called up at 5:30pm to see if they still had the 6pm slot available and they did.

London Premier Laser Clinic - Aldgate branch have been amazing! I’ve been a customer for over a year and do not have a single complaint. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Lauren in particular has been amazing! I’d strongly recommend if you’re considering laser hair removal!

Great clinic and lovely staff!!! I had my ultracel skin treatment with Nina - she is such a bubbly, fun, kind and expert professional! She really knows what she’s doing, she does it well and she guides you all the steps of the way - thanks Nina! Also having my laser hair removal there and after just the first session my hair is basically no longer growing! Really love this clinic, highly recommend!

I've had laser hair removal at the Clapham clinic and have been attending their for about 18 months now. They're always so accommodating with appointment times and swapping if needed, staff are friendly and helpful and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else now. They have good deals from time to time to keep an eye out for. I hope we can all get back to our appointments soon after lockdown 2.0!
