Lou's has been my monthly treat for over a year and hands down it's 5 stars every time. Delicious jerk chicken, southern fried boneless chicken, pickled slaw, macaroni pie...the list goes on! Generous portions, ready on time and when collecting from his spotless kitchen, I'm always greeted with a friendly smile. Thanks Lou—you're the best!

What a great, great meal! We had the little bit of everything combo and it was epic, really great value for money. The combos aren't on just eat or uber so it's worth ordering direct from him. Loads of food. The chicken is super succulent, shrimp was perfect also. The tambran sauce was delish. Couldn't be happier, I'm 100% ordering again next week. Legend, thank you!
Literally just put the fork down and felt compelled to tell the world how INCREDIBLE this food is! Flavours were amazing!! Every dish was on point! Service was great and appreciate Lous flexibility with us. We will be eating here again very soon. Thanks guys!
The food is delicious and portions are big. I love their Roti and three sabzi/salan that come with it. Customer service is great too! I wish they were open 7 days a week so that I could eat their food more frequently.

Best jerk and friend chicken ever! Big portions at affordable prices. I am addicted to this restaurant it's just so so good! The macaroni bake is also amazing.
I've ordered from Lou's on numerous occasions and every single time the food and customer service has been impeccable. The cornbread is perfection, I love the Surf'n'Turf, and the plantain is always perfectly ripe and fried just right. I've not had any complaints and on the rare occasion something I've ordered hasn't been available (I've ordered a LOT), I've received a call asking me if there's any adjustment I would prefer (where the option has been available). The new app is also great and really easy to use. HIGHLY recommend.
I have been buying food from lous for a few years and I can honestly say the food is amazing..the prawns, Accra’s, fried wings and cornbread are my favvvv...I have introduced many friends and family and they love it too..never have I once experienced rude customer service.. The staff are so warm, welcoming and with a smile. any time I have waited a few extra mins (very rare) I always get an extra cornbread or prawns as a thank you for my patience. I live in North London which is quite far from their location so I always place my order online for collection. Brandon will recognise my name and order and call me to ask how long I will be as he doesn’t want my food to sit around and get cold. What better service can one ask for??? Hygiene standards have always been high and food presentation is always 10/10. I will continue to support this small black owned business as they are simply amazing and I appreciate them and good food. I urge anyone to try lous as I can guarantee that you will not be dissatisfied.
