our order was some fourteen days overdue. We contacted the company who ascertained that the product had been misplaced in France. We received a full refund. The luggage has now arrived and we are very pleased with it. We are arranging to make payment. In terms of the company they were a little slow in responding to calls and emails at the outset but once contact was made we have no complaints. Very polite and courteous. We would purchase from them again despite initial difficulties.

Ordered something as a birthday present for a child and website and email receipt said standard delivery would be 1 to 5 days. After 6 days it did not arrive so I chased and was advised it would not be delivered until next week. Very disappointed and so is the birthday boy.
