I was looking for treatment for my lower back pain. I have tried many different therapies over the years. Lyn took my history and immediately felt that my several abdominal surgeries was the cause of not only my back pain, but also my hip and deep stomach pain. My body (and mind) responded extremely well to her treatment. I felt immediate relief , my stomach pain has completely subsided and I have no doubt that the rest of me will continue to improve with more treatment. I even managed a 100km bike ride a few days later with no painful consequences. It's 5 stars from me.

I had a lot of tightness and a bit of pain from running and Lyn straight away identified the problems and did a great job of alleviating the issues they caused. Gave me very useful stretches to use and talked me through the causes of my tightness. Would definitely recommend.
After approximately twenty years of limited mobility I have been to Lyn twice for treatment on my stiff, inflexible, 'stuck' shoulders. (Due to old injuries, including both having been frozen shoulders). I have been astonished at the results and now I am able to do a number of yoga positions - plus other moves - with far greater ease and fluidity. She has got 'magic hands' and I can wholeheartedly recommend her!
