i always use this place as my DHL drop off point for parcels with prepaid shipping when i sell items on sites like vestier collective etc. i visited them on 17th of feb to drop off a parcel as usual and to my surprise the gentlemen who’s always there tried to charge me 5. when i explained that the parcel already had a prepaid shipping label on it ( and showed him), he went on to being adamant that dhl had changed their services and this was the charge for all items. i contacted DHL who confirmed this to be false and i filed a complaint with them too. disappointed that these guys take customers for fools.

Listed as a centre for FedEx returns both on fedex website and on their own. No mention of a 5 admin charge, but on arrival I discovered this was the only option. Staff blamed FedEx and said I could send the receipt to FedEx for a refund, or I could go to the local FedEx Depot in Enfield somewhere. None of these is really true, and whilst responsibility may be partly down to FedEx the charge seems wholly unjust and the service less than helpful.

just read several reviews regarding this place charging people a 5 admin fee. they tried to do the same to me and request 5 admin charge for a DHL prepaid shipping. this is not true and daylight robbery. call you courier service and make a complaint as i have done. disgusting

Professional helpful staff. Secure mail delivery. The only difficulty is the parking. The last time I visited I had to park at Marks and Spencer and walk to.the shop.
