To restart my resident parking permit, I had to call to arrange a Pre booked appointment only, appointment confirmed by phone text confirmation of said appointment slot, with admittance to the Library complex to comply with full Covid-19 procedures for staff and visitors. So I was impressed with the attitude of the security team on arrival and the general professionalism of the staff, sadly let down by the second colleague who issued me day parking permits who after all the COVID-19 provisions wasn't wearing his mask correctly! So obviously very comprehensive measures as required in these extraordinarily times as required in place just a shame all let down by a council employee! So one star off for that then...
