When Krystof came round to quote and told me Matmar could give me a beautiful bathroom, I thought he was stretching a point. But against the odds, in the face of my aging and awkward plumbing along with my very limited space, the team has delivered just that. They made changes that it didn't occur to me to ask for, adding architrave where there was none, and concealing pipework in ways I didn't even realise were achievable in my home. These have contributed to the clean, modern look of my new bathroom. I also appreciate the thought they put into their work, from tweaking my instructions on tiling to deliver a more attractive outcome, to little common sense things like carefully positioning a radiator so there would still be room for the (temporarily removed) door to open properly. Communication within the team was good too, as whatever I discussed with Krystof always made it through to the person who ended up actually doing the work. Throughout the project, Krystof visited most days to keep an eye on progress. He was always available to address my questions and issues, even responding to my texts and emails well into the evening. So, as a customer, I felt very much supported. It's a fact of life that not every project runs completely smoothly, and the real test of any business is how it responds to issues that arise. I found that Krystof takes ownership, acts quickly, and does whatever is needed. So in summary, through both the ups and the downs of my project, Matmar (and in particular, Krystof) has earned my trust. I am very happy with my new bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend Matmar to others.
