I brought my mother in today for a rapid test and would like to thank the lovely lady on reception & the lovely nurse that made the visit here safe & pleasant. Extremely professional and friendly staff. We were in and out in no time & had our results sent in 15 minutes.

Walk in service was very quick and efficient (although not cheap) and I got my negative result the next day. I decided to do the walk-in service because I was confused by the online service whereby you buy the product first and then make the booking after you've paid. As it looked as though I was buying a home test rather than a test at this centre, I didn't proceed. May I suggest that they make it clearer and allow you to book the time slot before you proceed with payment.

Visited this clinic today for both a 15 min Antigen test and an Antibody test, both of which I booked on line via a website they operate called privatecoronavirustests.com. The tests were performed quickly. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The clinician wore a mask, face-shield and gloves, and white white lab coat. The result of the 15 min Abbots Antigen test was emailed to me 15 minutes later. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive the antibodies test result less than 5 hour later - much faster than the promised next day service. My concerns are that a) there is a sign on the door that says "max 5 people". I waited outside until someone came out before I went in. However 2 other people followed me in, without being challenged. I counted 7 people waiting in the reception area when I left. Given the nature of the service being offered, I would have felt more secure if they had someone on the door controlling the number of people in the reception area and checking for obvious symptoms, especially as they offer a walk-in service. b) After I left the cubical, another customer was ushered in without anyone wiping down the couch that i had sat on ( I saw this as I had to fill in form after the test, and given the number of people in the reception area, I decided to do this in the small area between the cubicles and reception desk. c) generally, it felt like to me that the clinic needs more ventilation. Overall, a fast service and friendly staff. However I was left with the impression that the procedures and processes to ensure clients remain safe during their visit have significant room for improvement.

Complete shambles. Was tested 40 mins after my appointment time. The store was too crowded with waiting customers and there were no staff managing the situation. People kept walking in and jumping the queue. I did the 'rapid' 15 min test. 28 hours on and I still don't have my result. I've sent a number of emails and got no response, you also can't get through on the phones. I understand that they are busy but they should stop taking appointments if you can't service them satisfactorily. I am 100 out of pocket and have no test result. Avoid this place.

I have also been trying to get a refund from this company, as I had to cancel my PCR test and requested a refund. I originally emailed on the 8th January and have emailed again multiple times but keep being told that someone will be in touch. Your website states that you can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it is not within 48 hours of your booking. Would appreciate if this could be looked into.

My sister has been trying to get a full refund from the London Medical Laboratory in Putney and is been fobbed off all the time she has tried ringing them and has sent numerous emails with no joy this is simply not good enough and is not acceptable, and she deserves alot better from a state run laboratory taking part in Covid testing. They should not be allowed to treat people like this and she deserves to get a full refund which she is entitled too. She is after all only asking for what is rightfully hers.
