This class is a great place to start your Tai Chi journey. Having been attending this branch for over 8 years. I’ve seen how the class creates a welcoming space for students of all levels to explore the many aspects of Tai Chi. It focuses on Forms and Qi gong, with optional classes exploring these areas further and covering the more martial side of Tai Chi. All of these classes give students the room to develop and build on their understanding of Tai Chi at their own pace. Even after 8 years, I still find there is plenty this class has to offer.
