Treatments are fantastic here no matter who you see. They’re a knowledgable, attentive and extremely professional group of individuals who always make me feel brand new. I’ve had too many injuries to mention, and no matter what my issue the fix is there! Can’t recommend them enough.

Emma is wonderful. I came in with tightness in neck muscles and upper back issues and her technique of deep tissue massage and dry needling makes all the difference! I have been to see Emma a few times now and will continue to go back. Great service :-)

Had my appointment with Emma this morning and I cannot recommend her enough!!!! She’s amazing! I fractured my ankle about 5 weeks ago and badly sprained the other one too. The hospital didn’t really give me much information so I asked Emma for help and she sorted me out straight away. Gave me exercises to help strengthen my ankle, had acupuncture today and it has been a life saver. She has continued to give me so much advice and support! It is much appreciated so thank you! Get yourself booked in these guys are amazing at their jobs!

After I got an injury on my shin bone I had to stop my marathon training. I was doing physiotherapy for 3 months without results, the doctor was telling me as it was in the chin it could take from 6 to 12 months to heal. The pain was so bad that I couldn't even put my left feet on the floor. I thought I had to live with this pain and the idea of not running made me depressive. So then a friend of mine mentioned about Midtown wellness. I met Miqueias and he saw how I was struggling to walk. The day after the massage for the first time I didn't feel pain, I couldn't believe after feeling the pain for over 3 months it was gone. I did a second session and now I am running again. You guys have no idea how grateful I am. Because of your great work I am finally out of pain and happy to exercise again... Thank you so much for helping me.
