My Dad and I both enjoyed a wonderful Basque Cooking class at Mimo on the 11th Jan. At Mimo you are so taken care of, it is more like a cross between silver service hospitality, social event with like minded fellow cooks, and an intriguing view into Spanish food with world class chefs. We picked up some good tips, and created a lovely meal. The coffee and then wine was free flowing. Our course ran over the allotted time, but there was no hurrying anyone out the door. I would highly recommend their courses as a treat for the foodie in your life

I have been at Chef’s Table Dinner and enjoying every moment. The complex of every dish and wine were professionally matched and taste great. The two wonderful chefs and Natalia (sommelier) explained very pleasantly and patiently answered on a lot of questions from some guests:) It seems to me that people who work there love what they do in every aspect. Definitely planning to visit one of there cooking classes in near future.

Absolutely amazing! Jo and Mo were incredible hosts and helps us make a fantastic meal. I'm a full on meat eater but the vegan courses we made tasted incredible I I'd recommend the cooking experience to others. I'd love to do it again.

Light and airy cooking school on the edge of borough market. The school is closely linked to the market, sourcing produce and meat there as well as running tours of the stalls. This gives an indication of the energy at the school - participatory, not tucked away, but part of the market and the food cultures of San Sebastián, London, Portugal and beyond. Started by foodies, there’s a clear passion running through all of the staff. The class was very informal, full of stories and everyone gets to work together. Teaching skills is done in a light way and soon the whole group is chatting. I did the Pinxtos course and we cooked and eat our way through 6 courses. Don’t plan dinner for that evening - you’ll not be hungry! Kitchens are airy and modern and the staff could not have been more welcoming or professional. It felt like you were joining a family of people who were happy to work together with a shared passion for food. Highly recommended. I’ve already rebooked.
