I joined one of their men's retreat and it was fantastic. Got a lot of new insight and friendship, also living my life with mindfulness. Highly recommend their therapy and retreats to anyone who want to learn more about themselves!

A huge thank you to Luka and the hard-working team at Mind-Reframed, and a special shout-out to Darryl Christie who was absolutely invaluable. The DBT Skills I’ve learned and practised over the last 17 months under his and the team’s guidance, whether in group or one-on-one sessions, have been truly life-changing. Learning these skills is no different from learning a sport or a foreign language – commitment, hard work and practice are key. If you’re ready to live a life worth living, then Mind-Reframed is definitely the place for you.

I completed each of the DBT courses remotely thanks to Zoom after they were suggested by my psychologist. The courses were interactive, lively and very coaching in nature. At the end of the 34 weeks I feel much more equipped with tools that I use every day. If you’re looking for a no-nonsense therapy and are prepared to work hard in between sessions DBT is the right approach for you. Thanks to the team for making this available online!

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Two therapists shouted and swore at us in class if we got the answers wrong, spoke to us like children, insulted us. I reported my feedback to my insurance company to say I was stopping. My insurance company asked me to go over my story again as they were surprised to hear that these two therapists shouldn't have been providing me with therapy as they were not authorised or registered to do so. Only my therapist should have been providing me with therapy. I had 9 sessions and my therapist only carried out 3 of them. My insurance company have since told me that my therapist has submitted an invoice for all of the sessions and have raised an investigation into all 4 areas. My personal contact details were also given out to group members, which is a data privacy breach. I think DBT would work .. but find a professional therapist who you can trust and provides the therapy themselves, not submit an invoice for work not carried out by a therapist who isn't registered, shouts/swears at you or gives out your personal details without consent.

My experience with their skills programme has been great: 1) I was seen for a Zoom assessment within less than a week, 2) the groups were moved to online during lockdown super efficiently; there was no interruption whatsoever; 3) Jaclyn clearly gets people with emotion deregulation and it shows in the way she teaches DBT to us. Many thanks! It's been life changing.
