I received constant updates & a video of the vehicle before collection. With my lease car shortly to be returned I decided that rather than opt for another company car I would buy a late used Mini Clubman. I saw just the car I was looking for advertised by Mini Park Lane but was a bit apprehensive, given the current COVID restrictions, about buying a car without having an opportunity to see it. I made an enquiry and was contacted very promptly by Laura Parker who was a delight to deal with. Laura could not have been more helpful. Laura inspected the car for me and sent a comprehensive video review and explained that if I did decide to buy and was not at all happy I had 14 days to return the car. Laura arranged everything including delivery. The car is spotless; just as described and I am very happy with it along with the service provided by Laura and her colleagues.
