ADDICTED TO THIS STUFF! The best bubble tea! My partner and I absolutely love the jasmine ice blend with tapioca. Its soooooo refreshing. Although the place is busy and you are guarenteed a wait, the staff are always friendly and ensure you get the best product. You can see that they work very very hard! I recommend you call and make your order to collect, then you won’t have to wait so long!
My Husband and children just came back from this place. They went to get some bubble shakes however my husbands plastic cup broke when he tried to pierce it with the paper straw. He asked for another cup to pour and seal the tea that was inside and the staff member said I’m not making you another one and literally stomped another cup on the table. Then he turned at another staff member and said, so annoying! Definitely 0 stars for service and you can even tell from the replies from the negative reviews. Your supposed to make things right, compensate, apologise, not deny! The Manager is seemingly quite aware of all the issues going on here and doing nothing!!!!!

I ordered from ubereats and found a piece of plastic in my drink and tried to call the store to complain but didn’t pick up. I love your drinks but maybe be careful
I went to pick up the drink after I paid, dropped it on the floor. The staff just stood there and watched, they didn’t say or do anything. Useless disgusting. I will never go in there again. I do not recommend at all
