I booked and paid a deposit in advance for treatment of a possible trapped nerve. I arrived for an 11.15 appointment at 11.00am to find the floor wet and Dr Wu clearly not ready. After a small incident with another couple that wanted to cancel their booked sessions, (should've seen the sign) Before even examining my complaint, she hustled me for sales of some unidentified products while charging the full rate without deducting the paid deposit for "treatment". The products I bought she then used in my treatment, which was largely ineffective. In short, I feel like they exploited and perpetuated stereotypes like a greedy carnival act rather than dispensing any holistic therapy. Serves me right for being desperately in need of help. I will look elsewhere, and suggest you do too. As for all this positive reviews, how come they are from business interests? Seriously, check their profiles!! I'd beware doing business with them also. Or they have absolutely no details as to why they are rating so highly? Freedom of speech is great, but when you encourage potential customers to spend on a bad service , that's corrupt.

Dr. Ding was great, the place was clean & comfortable. I have had really bad neck & shoulder pain for years, after 5 sessions of acupuncture it’s gotten significantly better and I can finally have sound sleep again. I would highly recommend this to everyone.
I purchase a package for MoonFlower via groupon. I called to make my appointment because they dont have an online scheduling system. When I called the lady I spoke to had no idea how to schedule a booking for me. In fact she didn't seem to much at all. On top of that there was no one else around to assist her so she asked me to call back the next day. She informed me that the person who takes the bookings was not available. Although I was thinking "why cant you take my booking " I didn't feel like arguing so I agreed to calling back the next day. Well, I called back the next day, and the day after that, and the day after that. I called during the working hours and no one picked up the phone. Yesterday I decided to take a walk down to MoonFlower so I could make the booking in person. When I got to the door I saw a big bicycle lock holding the doors together. This was during the day when the business should have been open. So I called groupon to get a refund on my package. Sorry to say, maybe this business was great once upon a time but those times are definitely not now.
Best treatment I have ever received. Dr Ding is wise and has allot of wisdom when it comes to your health , I have had allot of issues with migraine / back pain and a hiatus hurnia . Rest assured allot of trips to the go and nothing has worked . I have had my 4 th treatment today and I feel like a million bucks !! Thank you highly recommend

I booked an appointment in all good faith needing a professional massage, stupidly not reading any reviews. To cut a long story short if you need a genuine and professional massage do not use Moon Flower . If you are looking for the alternative sort of massage I'm sure poor Lucy will provide what your looking for, she is an extremely young no doubt very exploited young Chinese girl who speaks no English and is not very good at massage. As I said to keep a very long complaint short - You have been warned this is not a genuine massage and if your female you are basically being ripped off!! I paid for an Aromatherapy oil massage and got a Johnsons baby oil body rub, half an hour with Lucy until a better client arrived and half an hour with a horrible lady called Dr some thing huh! Dr Rip Off!!
This lady is a tui na massage master! I totally recommend her.. space was very energised.. and she know what she is doing.. had a pain on my neck as is completelly gone! Going to be back there for sure!
I had a great massage from Ding. I have ongoing back problems and I needed a strong massage by someone who knew what they were doing - and I got one! Plus cranial massage and reflexology. Ding is very knowledgable and thorough - I definitely recommend.
