This company has the worst aftercare ever although they tell you 3 years of aftercare included in the price. I have been trying to contact them for a year to see my surgeon because I am not happy with my results and I have breathing problems and they always tell me they will call me back...they never do...please spend your money wisely and give the business to someone that really cares. They are not cheap.

Amazing clinic and staff. I had a great experience at Fitzroy Clinic since the first consultation with Natalie Lawrence. Staff and nurses really care you during the op day and also post op. Easy to get appointments every time you need one. 5 stars clinic in London!
I couldn't be happier about my experience with MYA so far! The staff is incredible and they really look after you from start to finish and the after care is spot on as well. Please do not trust the bad reviews, I really don't understand how can anyone had a bad experience with this clinic. And of course, I am over the moon with the result, my doctor was great, skilled and made me feel at ease since the 1st appointment. Totally recommending MYA!

Lovely clean clinic, friendly staff who made me feel comfortable. The anaesthetist (if that's the right spelling!) was so helpful and I woke up feeling so great and hungry lol a lovely experience all round :)
