Been to the offices on two occasions and was hugely impressed by the service offered by the lady at the reception. She displayed a high degree of professionalism and customer centric. I would like to thank you for making my first Namibian experience a special one. Namibia is the place to be.....it starts with a welcome welcome at the Namibian Visa Office in London.
They saved the day for me! Extremely helpful, efficient and kind. The professionalism of the staff is remarkable. Thanks a lot
Just had the rudest lady on the phone providing what this High Commission claims to be a \customer service\. She wouldn't let me finish my sentences, constantly talking over me and interrupting me. And when I told her she was being unprofessional by not letting me speak, she took advantage of her position by putting me \on hold\ while she talked to her colleagues. When I asked if she could give me her attention so that I could just finish a sentence, she said, and I quote: \I need to work also\! Eer, ok - providing the service you get paid to do by assisting me over the phone would be a great place to start...It's sad, the receptionist was so friendly and then it all went downhill when he put me through to her. I really had hoped the service would be better than in Africa, but alas, that was just wishful thinking on my part.
Called regarding passport application process. I don't know how a woman like this can be employed by an EMBASSY with her attitude towards others. Very bad customer service, wanting to argue with me only because I was surprised that it can take up to three months to get a new passport. Very unfriendly service. If you work for an embassy, your attitude and behaviour represents not only you, but who you work for. Some people seem to forget this.
