Perhaps my least favorite Nando’s experience, but also my only dine in experience since they resumed dine in service during covid times. I walked up to the restaurant, walked inside and asked for a table, and the hostess told me “Go outside and scan the code”. I asked her “Where is the code?” And she replied “Outside. Scan with your phone and we will text you to come in”. Sure enough, I walked outside, and from the direction that I didn’t approach there was a large sign with a QR code that gave some instructions about indoor dining. So, I scanned, filled out my details, and was told I was number one in the virtual queue. I paced up and down the street for a few times, then got notified about 12-15 mins later that my table was ready. I walked back inside, gave my name, and the other host (male) motioned for me to walk upstairs. He was moderately more helpful, as he explained the new ordering process and changed post covid. Butterfly chicken was okay. Not excellent, not hot, not amazing and worthy of a queue, but just okay. The chips were definitely not as good as I remember. Maybe Nando’s just used to be better when it was a novel concept to me, or maybe they just haven’t fully adapted to their new self-imposed changes yet. In any case, I will stick with takeaway only, or non-chains, for a while.

It was awful, the staff were incredibly rude so my wife and I decided to leave. Colliers wood and tooting is nearby if you feel like nandos!
Really love this Nando's branch. The staff are really welcoming and friendly and the food tastes amazing!!!!!!
Clicked online to collect our dinner. Meal was quickly prepared very well. We were able to get the preferred sources in sachets. Very quick and easy!
