Nice designs, bad quality. 4 year old sofa and the arm collapsed. Apparently the arm is not considered part of the frame of the sofa! The guarantee is useless, do not buy.

Terrible customer service. Once we were finally acknowledged by the lazy store attendant, we were reluctantly “helped” with details of cost and materials. Spent over an hour in store choosing materials for a large order of furniture... “we will send you the details of the order by email” .... never heard back from them! Hilarious that they have such grumpy & unprofessional service when selling top end products. Lost another customer & commission Janice

Fantastic design however you really need to choose your staff very carefully. I just waited for 10 minutes before interrupting her obviously very non business related phone call to ask something and i was almost told off for doing so. So unprofessional!!!
