I have never been to the physical shop but their products... no words to describe then.. dream dream dream is my favourite and my brother loves the beard version. It’s an oil but it doesn’t leave an oily feeling on the other hand the Soft feeling and the smell... I’m an addict I must say.

Worth the trip! I walked away with Indy perfume from LA, men’s face oil and some ear candles which I haven’t had the gusto to use yet. Nice to read ingredients list on skincare products and recognise them all :)

Great shop in the newly open Factory on Shacklewell Lane. Really love the refill skincare (you can add a different essential oil mix each time) and it’s a great place for gifts too - lovely jewellery, perfumes, and of course the Neighbourhood Botanicals products are a must try.

I love this store!!!!!!! I have nearly every neighbourhood botanicals product and it has done the most incredible wonders on my skin. Completely natural and plant based you will be glowing like a baby!!!! The store owner Micaela is also so knowledgable she will know exactly what you need. 10 stars!!!!
