It is a full contact combat sport which allows techniques from a range of disciplines including Boxing, Thai Boxing, Wrestling, Submission Wrestling, Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We cover all aspects of Mixed Martial Arts and fitness as well as Yoga and is suitable for adults and children of all levels. The environment is friendly but hard work and technical proficiency is the core of our ethos. Still one of the greatest places to train. I come from a boxing background, and I was sceptical to move into MMA. Once I came for 2 classes I was sold. The BJJ, Wrestling, MMA and Kickboxing really made me realise I have a lot to learn!! They have helped me adapt and grow throughout the session, where I feel more well rounded and confident to take on any situation. The patient and the personal touches the trainers use has really helped me to adapt. The boxing also is surprisingly amazing! I've been taught a few more tricks here and there. Thank you!!
