No opening hours on Google, but it actually opens 7/24. If nothing urgent, I recommend visiting late. I visited around 11:00am on a weekend day. Only one officer, and the people waiting complained it took 40 mins but the queue didn't move at all. I came back at night about 10:00pm. Still one officer, but no queue!

A lady seeing me was really friendly and helpful. After few hours of waiting at Kensington Police Station, I gave up and came here to update my address. Although they are only able to interview one person at a time, and a police came out in the middle of his interview and nicely informing me that I might have to wait for an hour. After only 5 mins of waiting, a lady came out and told me she could help me with that. I saved so much time and had a really good experience here. Please avoid to go to Kensington police station, you will wait more than an hour unless you are lucky.
We went around 11PM on a Saturday, and the officer who was there was not only very helpful, but genuinely care about our safety. After we left the police station, he called us again to give us some further advice on what we should do, as he had taken the time to call his boss to seek for advice.

Easily can be taken as a school reception. No sense of urgency no professionalism and most importantly no efficiency. You are fired as Trump would say..

The worst service ever seen in a police station: there is only one person and he takes hours to report a crime, unfortunately there are not other stations in the area. I suggest you to wait the next day and go somewhere else...
Didn't know if I should rate highest or lowest as I've always had nothing but negative experiences concerning FEDS,(probably because im up to no good!!!) Anyway yesterday's little dalliance at NOTTING HILL NICK,I've got to admit was p.u.k.k.a,. Because......... They had to return the 895.00 ,they'd confiscated 3 months previous Ha ha ha ha up yours !!!
