I bought my watch on the online boutique during the lockdown, but the bracelet was too big, so I got it adjusted here, and I left in a hurry, so I didn't inspect it properly, expecting they will be as good as new. It turns out there are very visible marks on the screws and links. I appreciate there will be marks from normal wear and tear, but these are beyond that. Meanwhile, I see there are plenty of positive reviews for this boutique but also why take the risk, I would recommend other boutiques in London or just get a watch and adjust it elsewhere.

Met today with Diana who was awesome, she talked me through everything and was a complete sweetheart. If you go to this store ask for Diana and she will really look after you and ensure your choosing the best timepiece for your needs. Thanks Tom

Went to have some links fitted to my watch,I received one of the best customer service experiences ever. Well done Diane and her co worker, whose name I forget. You are both a credit to the brand, superlative service thank you.

I took my aqua terra to remove a link and the staff who took it (short haired lady) took a longer time than usual to change it and when it came out I noticed that the screw had been overdone and the indent for the screw had been messed up. Then I point this out and she said that it wasn’t her. I have not messed with the screws before as I don’t have the tools and highly suspicious that it’s only the one I asked her to change. I looked it t just before I have it to her and there were no marks. Not what I expect from a luxury product seller, my next one will be a Rolex. Take pictures before you give it to them or you might find unexpected marks and be blamed for it.

i brought my omega watch to remove some links from the steel bracelet. came back with a scratch on the omega sign on the clasp. As the link removal is done behind closed doors, its my word against theirs (and i guess its a free service so can't complain much but the staff should be well trained for such services). So watch owners just be careful about it.

Put my watch in here for a service. While the whole process is a little archaic and seems long winded, the watch came back in great nick and with a 24 month warranty. When I phoned to get details, was called back promptly as promised and service was always courteous. Dealt with Diana who was very helpful. Thanks v much!

I received excellent service from very knowledgeable and attentive staff. Enhanced by the wonderful building the boutique is situated in. Definitely my favourite boutique in London, highly recommend.
