Cotec Protective Coatings

Ordered a pressure Large washer trolley from this company now as you would think a few days and it would have arrived - 10 days later no trolley. So I phoned and was given some IT issue the gentleman said they would get it on next day. Ok great!! No did not arrive instead had a phone call to say they don't have the Item and offered me a smaller version. There is no excuse for this quality of service you know you have it or you don't. I now await a refund !!!!
