Yiota was really friendly and professional. She completed all the necessary tests and scans with a smile and positive attitude. Additionally she kept going out of her way to offer me drinks and when I had the eye drops that can blur your vision she was more than willing to make note of things for me and double check details for my finance agreement. I really appreciate the care she took in looking after me. My visit today has been very pleasant, thank you, keep it up!

Laser eye surgery was the best decision I made. It is life changing, that is the only way to describe it. Everything is made clear and easy to understand from the start. Surgery literally took 5 minutes, I was in and out so quick. My surgeon was so supportive and made me feel at ease. Literally if you are thinking of getting laser eye surgery, just do it!

Worst place ever. Don’t waste your time to go there. They made me a check and made the spectacles which, however were completely wrong. I told that straight away to the assistant when I went to collect them. He insisted to take them and try them. It was a joke because the only time I tried them I was about to go under a car. I called the same day the get an appointment and was told to come to the shop and they will make me another check. I went to the shop 3 days later and was told that they were fully booked and I have to fix an appointment. I fixed an appointment for the following Friday but I pointed out that I had only half an hour for it, as I needed to go to work straight after. They assured me that they should definitely be in time but it wasn’t the case as I had to wait for half an hour and eventually went to work asking for a refund. At the moment I spent 170 pounds for the glasses, more than 25 pounds for travel to central London and still have to wait about 3 weeks for a refund. And I still don’t have my glasses done!!!! Very very disappointing!!!

It was almost like a biblical experience when, after only four or so hours I removed the dressing from my right eye, to find my vision so much improved. Brightness, colour enhancement, definition all vastly improved. First time I was able to watch TV without the need for glasses plus I can now see where I have hit the golf ball when I play!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff in all departments were very helpful, efficient and friendly in the manner in which they each performed their appointed tasks. The continued checks show that Optical Express are concerned that a thorough job has been done to everyone's satisfaction. Well done.
