Don't listen to their advice. For an electrical store they are utterly inept in providing correct basic technical advice. Once they have sold you the wrong item then they will make it extremely difficult to return it for a refund. Really, really poor service for a company in Chiswick and in this age! Will only buy online from now on as the price and even the service is better. Such a shame!
