LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! We had received a wonderful customer service. Staff was very helpful and friendly, we got what we needed in the perfect form within 15 mins!

Popped in today to collect some bits. I accidentally forgot my mask. I was immediately asked to go and get a mask, no problem. I returned with a mask. Few mins later a guy walked in and had no mask. They team happily served him and didn’t ask him to get a mask. He was in the shop for 10mins chatting away and occasionally pulling up his jumper. I pulled up the gentleman at the counter and the lady on the same side supplying the gas balloons once he had served the the other guy and both denied noticing whether the man had a mask or not. Extremely hypocritical! I think this was due to other reason which are glaringly obvious. I’ve been coming to this company for 15 years as they have a great selection of items. However, they offer very very poor service.

Had an issue not regarding anything to do with the fancy dress shop. The staff were very helpful. I can imagine the customer service would be great here.

Rubbish shop. Never opens on time and prices are high. Arrogant rude staff!! Go to YTN FIREWORKS for the best experience!!
