On the evening we went, the restaurant was almost completely full with Malays. That has to be a good sign, right? Prices are reasonable and food is good quality, plus portion sizes are OK. Overall I really enjoyed Pak Awie and it was comforting to know that there were so many Malays in the restaurant. I'll be eager to go again in the near future, perhaps trying some dishes I've had before at other Malaysian restaurants to see what differences there are.

Good food especially the famous lamb curry. Friendly and comfortable
the al lacarte menu was superb the satay taste like the ones made in malaysia i recommend the cha kuew teow with seafood
The only place to go for authentic Malay food in London. The nasi campur is legendary for its authentic taste and value-for-money. Don't forget to try the teh tarik and roti bom for that taste of home when you are feeling homesick in London. Pak Awie is always up for a friendly chat and long may that continue!
We waited for our food for about an hour only to be served dry chicken which was obviously reheated. The service was absolutely appalling and the owner came across as extremely patronising. An insult to Malaysian food. Avoid at at all costs.
Quite expensive to be honest and the food wasn't good. Though the environment is okay.
Authentic Malay food. Come here for delicious yummilicious good food..
Variety of food available is decent enough, but the food itself isn't as good compared to a lot of other Malaysian restaurants in the same area.
