Wonderful! The staff is lovely, the place has modern machines, enough space to do whatever you want and has all the COVID measures in place. The prices are reasonable as well. Waiting for the pool to open and for the classes to start again, so wait for updated feedback!

Edit: more broken gym equipment. You’re lucky if 1/3 of the treadmills are working. Changed review to 1 star. Avoid. If you want an exceptionally busy gym with broken equipment (around 30% most of the time), this is a place for you. Honestly, the only redeeming quality is the presence of a swimming pool and sauna, also busy though.
Not great - the staff seem more interested in chatting about their weekends then helping customers. You don't get the same answer twice when you ask the same question. Seems to be run by a bunch of kids who don't have any customer service experience at all. oh, and their app is terrible and so un-user friendly - you might as well pay cheap as chip 'The Gym' prices - Better charge top of the rate prices with a Ryan Air-esque customer experience/service.
Good equipment. Staff are on cleaning duties due to cuts apparently. Staff do a better cleaning job than the professional cleaners themself.
VERY LOW STANDARD POOL! facilities are very dirty, especially changing rooms. There is no cleaner and the surfaces are not clean on a regular basis ! facility like that! without the proper cleaning!? they take a bucket of the water from pool to clean the floor!!! there is no area reserved for shoes, so you can go with your shoes even to the pool. At the end I saw other visitors in shoes next to the pool looking around (probably new members come to have a look? I don't think inspection otherwise they would close that place). Lockers system is ridiculous. Your staff are never safe. It is for your own risk. And believe me risk is high. Staff is terrible, 0 customer service, not informing you about anything, it seems like my presence already bother them. Last time I paid 6 for one hour of swimming and they kick me out of my trail, saying that there is lessons and that it is in program (well guess what it is not, and I even ask on reception and they didn't mentioned anything). Toilets and showers are abandoned. Only one small hairdryer is working (last time we were 15 ladies changing in the room! you can imagine waiting time). Last time they installed shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in showers, so I tried the shampoo (the rest was already missing as somebody stole it). That was a big mistake, it didn't smell or make a foam in my hair what was strange, but I didn't realize until I dry my hair. My hair was very strange greasy and soapy! I had to rewash them once I came home. The top was that after a last visit I had a RASH ON MY HANDS FOR 2 DAYS. Don't ever go there!!!
Love the gym. Gym is organised well following covid regulations. Book session in advance...
First time i visited ...clean & staff more than friendly & so helpful..
I had been exercised at Pancras Square from my very first day in London. I worked out everyday. Lots of running machine or methods to use it. More importantly, I gained positive energy all time and refresh myself everytime. I love and thanks a lot to have such a great gym near my UCL flat. Many thanks
