I must say that this pharmacy is a worse place to go. This is my feedback to Doctap as well.. the staff was very rude, they hung up the phone on me, then talked rudely. went to collect the swab test kit, they did not explain the procedure at all and just scanned the kit. The swabs will be taken on Monday morning. rude unprofessional staff. Doctap should take this matter seriously and investigate this and better change location to some respectable pharmacy. Avoid if possible.
