My son had a suit altered at the dry cleaners. It was an expensive suit and due to weight lose did not never want to be able to wear it again. They did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend. Have been using these cleaners for years and have never had a bad experience.

I have known this place for many years and I think Personal Touch is the most proferional and havev a deep knowledge in what they are doing!! The job will be done really professionally, for sure!!
I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience at this dry cleaners. I'd seen the good reviews, and initially had a fair experience dry cleaning here once before. However, the 2nd time, the lady took my number and I was told I'd be called when my dry cleaning was ready. It was only over a month later when I was worried, that I called a number of times, with no response. I was then left a voicemail that the jacket was ready weeks ago, however I had never received a call. The next day, I went to the dry cleaners during opening time, but the dry cleaner was closed! This wasn't the first time I'd experienced this, and the woman told me that she had gone for tea. I returned a few days later to explain calmly the hassle this had caused me, and the lady was INCREDIBLY rude, to the point where she was shouting, and not once apologised for any inconvenience caused. Instead she chose to change excuses, and try and guilt trip me, and shout that she has over 30 years experience in dry cleaning (which apparently means that weeks of neglecting a customer, and locking the door during opening times on multiple occasions without any notice on the door, is absolutely fine). When I explained I wasn't comfortable paying her full price considering the lack of customer service, she held my jacket hostage. When I gave her the money in order to get my jacket back, I saw there were still stains and tried to show her. She didn't even give me the courtesy of treating me like a customer at that point- she just went to her sewing machine and spoke without even looking at me, in a way that felt frankly dismissive and even said I don't have to dry clean there again. That's something that we can both agree on. I think I'll go back to the reputable King's for dry cleaning from now on.
