One of the most depressing places I've been in London, the telly didnt work, the chairs were dirty, the water dispenser was contaminated and there was NO water, the lady attending didnt know what she was doing and was extreamly rude and impolite, screaming at the custumers and complaining about her job almost every minute. Worst embassy in the U.K. Very dissapointing

In the past this embassy has be okay to good , but this year my wife needs to get her DNI card renewed, we were told it takes to long to do this here go to Peru...So if we did that it would cost the flight the hotel just to renew a card After many many complaints we got an appointment to visit them and for them to sort out as thay should do for there citizens Thay need a total change of staff
Excellent service. The Lady who works at the front desk, it is very pleasant and helpful. No long queues. Well done
Appalling service. One person in the office. No system to deal with the queue whatsoever. People pick up a number as they arrive but then are dealt with randomly and in a totally disorganised manner by this one lady who mans the office. Minimum waiting time for the most straightforward service including collection would be 1 hour. And no toilet facility.
