I've had a mouse problem for a while. Having tried a number of off the shelf remedies it was clear that they weren't working. I decided to call in the professionals! I found Pest Gone through other reviews and they were polite and professional throughout. They discussed the cause of the issues (being an Edwardian house there are lots of access points to my property) plus came up with a number of solutions. After laying bait and blocking up access points into the house they came back a week later to top up the bait and review. After the second visit there was a visible reduction in mouse activity. However...the issue wasn't eradicated and a couple of months later I called them back. True to their guarantee they came straight back round and tried a different bait. Theirs got rid of the issue once and for all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any issues you may have.

PestGone, from answering the phone on the first enquiry and then throughout in booking follow up visits and general communication have been amazing (worth mentioning every other call to competitors when we were searching for someone to help when we first discovered our squirrel problem went to answerphone or wasn't answered). We had mice scuttling in the loft. From our initial phone call the process was efficient and dealt with in a friendly manner. There have been three visits to set down bait and each one was punctual and professional.
