To be a good teacher you need to have a deep knowledge for your subject matter, great communication skills, good experience, friendliness but also passion that sometimes rubs off with a bit of craziness. Because passion is infectious and can inspire a person to learn more, dig deeper, and think harder about it. You get all of this if you book one of the many interesting courses with Ion at the Photoion Photography School. Attending one of his workshops will make you feel like you working alongside friend who gives you some good advices and share some tricks that will lead you to find your own way of understanding photography. And it doesn’t matter if you total amateur or just someone who specialize in one genre of photography looking to try something different. There is course for everyone. As a bonus you will become member of his inner circle benefiting from unlimited after course support and advice. Soon you will end up sharing your photos on his page and waiting for constructive feedback from other members or asking for advice about equipment, that could save you few quid. There’s no doubt about it: teaching is hard work. And teaching photography is no any different. But there are some teachers that are able to rise above it to deliver consistently great lessons, forging strong relationships with students and push them to do their best. Ion is one of them.

I was eagerly awaiting to enrol for a course at Photion Photography in London for a few months, and I finally had the opportunity to do it last weekend. The time there with Ion and other colleagues was the best time spend lately. The insights and teachings exceeded any expectations. Ion will go the extra mile to inflict trust and knowledge, so then you can use it on your own. I recommend it both for you or as a gift for someone who is into photography, as one of the colleagues received the course from her husband and she was thrilled. Hint- hint! Thank you again for the best workshop ever. I can't wait to hit the streets and take new and awesome photos.

I attended Photoion to learn how to use my camera. I wasn't hopeful as I had read/watched multiple beginners photography guides online and even spoken to friends about setting and how to understand them. Ion is the only person who was able to help me understand the technical side of photography! He has a hands on approach to learning which is very effective! would 100% recommend Photoion to anyone wanting to learn more about photography!
