Pink Dynasty (PD) is a London based community interest programme designed to empower, prepare and support talented young women for future leadership roles through one to one mentoring, leadership coaching, and training in key employability skills. Our mission is to breakdown the invisible barriers to corporate jobs in the UK for working-class girls and those from minority groups. We strive to support young women with their transition from higher education into employment or entrepreneurship. In addition, we endeavour to develop life skills, particularly around financial literacy and debt management, with a goal to support our members and their families break the cycle of economic disparity.
