My 9th donation and 1st in Westfield donor centre and I must say I enjoyed it the most. Friendly staff, willing to answer all your questions l, with a sense of humour, spacious donor centre finally. I loved the fact that it wasn't crowded and there was not a long queue.

Gave blood for the first time in a while. This centre is so well setup. A great environment and so convenient. The staff were amazing. Really made you feel at easy, friendly faces and lots of good chats.
Great staff who are doing a smashing job, especially during covid. Offered drinks and ample snacks before and after donating blood.
I donated today for the first time in my life, 10 March 2021. It all went smoothly, the staff was very good, us donors were very well looked after and we all even had a laugh about the football teams we support!! It's good that I can save up to 3 different lives with my blood!! See you in 4 months!! Best Regards. Luana.
SO HAPPY that there is a donor centre near me now! I feel so much safer to not have to travel all the way into central during lockdown and I really hope they keep it as a permanent location. It has always been a bit if a nightmare trying to find an appointment and this one was completely booked when I went, so to close it wouldn't make any sense! The staff were absolutely fantastic particularly Claire, Luke and a nurse called Angela. I noticed that I can't book my next appointment at this venue so I sincerely hope that it's kept open so i can donate here again.
A somewhat very enjoyable experience donating bloody for my first time. Very friendly and funny staff that are willing to make good conversation, and make everyone feel comfortable. Felt very well looked after and at ease. I Highly recommend everyone paying a visit here when next in Stratford.

The whole process was very smooth, efficient and well-run. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and competent. It was a very convenient location and they also validate parking, which is much appreciated.
