I.m on the police station to sort same problem done by police and van insurance mistake... the lady on the reception is play on the computer and ignored as at all ..... hoo is in charge by this police station is posibile to check your stuff how is doing the job .....

All the officers were absolutely fantastic: courteous, open, reassuring and kind. They looked after my son extremely well, called to tell me where he was because I was worried, kept in touch with me, and treated him with the utmost humanity.

Fortunately I have never needed to venture into the building. However, the problems caused for local residents trying to legally park their vehicles are massive. Before the Police moved in parking was not an issue. However, due to the amount of staff at the place & their unwillingness to park occasionally in streets slightly further away, parking is nigh on impossible. Senior management at the station have been made aware of the issue & resident's feelings, but have blatantly stonewalled the community & refuse to take any action to resolve the issue. I have given up hope of ever parking in my street again, and with a new Library & Sports Centre being built in my street at least I have the comfort of knowing that Police staff will also suffer trying to park..........which will eventually push the parking issues further afield.

I have my passport on this police station. I wanted to collect so I made a call if there is any specific time to come. I was told no that I can come anytime. I live one and half hour away so I made my journey in big rain and in big pain as I have serious health condition and it's not easy for me to travel so far. I came to police station at 5pm and I was told that people dealing with this matter having office hours between 8-4pm. Now on my way home because of idiotic police department in Plumstead

I stayed at this hotel, had no hot chocolate, said I’d have a tea instead and never arrived at my room as requested The choice of books was appalling and the bed was very unsatisfactory. To top it off they failed to call my partner of my arrival after stating her panicking nature. Will not be staying again

Would give no starts if I could. Worst police station around, staff are useless and rude, don’t have the time of day to actually do their job and act defensive when you ask for any kind of help. Never had a good experience having to deal with them, takes well over an hour wait to deal with a form that literally only had to be handed over. Definitely needs to be shut down or re staffed as the ones they have currently are the worst. Make you feel like you are wasting their time no matter what you are there for, place is an absolute joke.
