They were good once upon a Time. They are total utter rip offs now. Bunch off apprentice are are doing the works and giving quotes. What happened to the husband and wife team that was running the place. Dealt with someone called Steven Santos, he did not have a clue, all he was interested was the cost I would occur. Went direct to Porsche (Chiswick) surprisingly cheaper. I never post a review, I was so disgusted I felt obliged.

Really impressed with the service from Porchetec. The guys clearly are very knowledgeable and diagnosed any issues I had and came up with solutions very quickly. Great communication and high level of service.

Highly recommend this garage. In particular I rate Steve for his superb customer service, knowledge and assistance. If you have a Porsche in London, this is 'the' place to go.

Brilliant service start to finish. Was kept informed of progress of work and priced competitively. Would highly recommend these guys for any Porsche work. The knowledge of their team is as good as any Porsche service centre I have been to. Will be using them for any future work. thanks for the great experience.

Friendly enough, so they earn points for that. I took my car to them because it was making an unusual noise from the exhaust, and various warning lights were alerting me to faults. They returned it to me with a plastic panel on the underside of the car loose, and both headlight units loose (they needed to be clicked back into place). I mentioned both these points in subsequent email correspondence but no acknowledgement or apology was offered by them. They also failed to identify the cause of either of the faults, both of which have since been fixed by another garage.
