We had a nightmare of a project, our own fault, not Premier Plating. And these guys bent over backwards to re-plate the same object several times as we kept messing it up. Having been to their bustling workshop they're obviously in high demand with a lot of repeat business. They are also one of those eccentric family run businesses where you kind've have to throw yourself at them and put a face to the names to get anything done. But once you're in, they'll take care of you as family and they do great work. Always a pleasure to deal with.

Theu did an outstanding job refinishing hardware for my vintage shelves. Very kind and friendly service, and the job was finished a day early. Very happy with the end result!
I have read all the reviews and understand peoples disappointment, Premier Plating is a hard company to work with, but once you are past the teething problems you realise they are great, hardworking lovely bunch of guys! We use them everyday of the week and they have always been honest and friendly, its a old family business with a long list of customers, they work the way they like to work and that can take some getting used too, but once you get into the sweet spot they become family and friends. Worth persevering, and always give them plenty of time! atleast 4 weeks, they will do a proper job and it will cost you, but you get what you pay for! A truly independent old school East London Business, A dying breed unfortunately! good luck chaps
Probably the rudest customer service I have talked to. Extremely unhelpful. Cocky and insulting. Please run away from them.
People complaining about service.. this is a highly professional firm with a quality of finish you won't find elsewhere. Generations of experience make them adaptable and helpful, just don't expect to just walk into these places and be waited on hand and foot.
