I highly recommend Prime Fire and Security. It started off with great pre sales advice to help me choose the system that was right for me, not dictated to like most security companies. They provided great customer service with excellent communication throughout. The install started on time and they were clean and tidy with their work. There were a few bits I was unsure about with positioning of cameras and also a few obstacles faces along the way but these were all resolved by the team, using great initiative. A truly professional First Class Service!

I am the office manager for a software company based in Ealing Broadway and when we moved offices recently we switched from ADT to Prime Fire and Security Systems. I found the whole process really easy they are highly professional and very aware of their surroundings and working within a busy office environment - so kept the disruption to a minimum which was appreciated. The after care has been really good too, we get a report that tells us what time the alarm was set and unset each day. They also look after our access control system. Would highly recommend this company, we usually deal with Eren he's really helpful.
