The place itself is really clean and has nice decor and the staff are really friendly and kind. Sadly, the haircut I had was not good at all, I went back and they did re-cut it for me but it hasn't got much better. It's quite lob-sided and just generally looks worse than when I went in (I have long hair and only wanted a trim, I now have very different layers and the ends look straggly because so much was 'feathered' out). So I'd say personality-wise the team were 5 stars and I'd love to be able to say that the service was the same but I'm really sad with what I've ended up with and I'm now considering chopping it all off to the shortest layer so that it looks healthy again. I'd just suggest to take more time when cutting your client's hair and don't rush it.

Just had a trim and a blow dry with Venise and it was amazing! My hair looks super healthy and I was so well taken care of. 100% recommend!

A huge shout out and thank you to Vince for being an awesome stylist. Finding a stylist who can cope with my thick hair has always been a challenge until now. Vince made me feel so welcome from our very first appointment and has always done an absolutely amazing job with my hair! I look forward to my appointments now as not only do I get an excellent hair service from Vince but he always keeps me entertained with his sense of humour and never ending charm! I definitely recommend Pure Synergie and Vince to anyone who wants to get an excellent service in a fun, relaxing and welcoming environment! :)
