Great experience shopping online with Q&T. Fast delivery and you can get choices of authentic Chinese products. However, some popular food/drinks sold out quite quickly. Hope they will be restocked really soon.
Great service. The products were nicely packed in the box without loose items moving inside. Got my orders within 3 days. Although the driver had to call me to locate my address.

The price and quality of the products are wonderful! The only thing that needs to be improved is its delivery service. There is no delivery time slot to choose from. I only get the message on the morning of the delivery date. However, I do not at home at that time, and they refuse to leave it at my door or leave my order at reception. I have to pay 4 pounds extra delivery fee to arrange another delivery the other day. This is the only store I have ever experienced to refuse to leave the stuff at reception, which is very frustrated.

The website has been revamped and now it's much more user friendly. Orders are processed quickly and usually delivered on the same day. It would be great if there is a fresh meat/fish category.
