I came here today to have a massage done at 4:00pm! And had the worse massage of my life!!!! It was a complete waste of time and money! I told them repeatedly that the pressure was to Ruth but still carried on! I now have a bruise on my lower back and in such bad pain! I literally want to sue them! AVOID THIS PLACE
Very friendly lady on reception. I had a nice shower, an excellent massage, completed with a very professional tug-off. Would definitely return. Thanks, Kirk.
I saw the review about bad customer service, but since it was nearby and there were two good ratings, I figured I'd give it a shot. Went in with my boyfriend to get head massages, but the lady there said she was the only one available to do the massages unless we came back after 5 pm. So we thought cool, we can just do one at a time. No big deal. But as we were deciding that, a man walked in and instantly her demeanor changed. Suddenly she demanded that we return after 5, even though we said we were busy by that time. She ignored us, kept telling us to come back today after 5, and shooed us out. She was ignoring everything we were saying and intentionally acting like she didn't understand us. My guess is the guy was a regular and she'd rather lose our business than his. Makes sense. However, the way she treated us left a really bad aftertaste. It seemed like she was actively pretending that we didn't say we couldn't do after 5 pm. She had availability, then pretended she was doing us a favor by telling us to come back later, instead of acknowledging what was actually happening -- that she was kicking us out so she could take care of a regular. I'm not sure what the other employees are like. It does seem like the massages are pretty cheap, which feels extra frustrating for me because I really wanted to get them! But the customer experience was so surreally bad, I couldn't enjoy a massage there.
OMG I just popped in during a lunch break hoping to get a neck and shoulder massage to relieve some soreness and the lovely lady there went above and beyond giving me much more than I could have expected including some really great advice that I will use and remember from now on. Genuinely amazing and I would highly recommend!
